Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointments
    All tattoos are by appointment only. Sessions are confirmed once contact (WhatsApp or email) is made and details are agreed upon.

  2. Pricing & Payment
    Prices vary by size, style, and complexity. Quotes are provided after discussing your idea. Deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  3. Cancellations & Reschedules
    Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits may be forfeited if notice isn’t provided.

  4. Custom Work
    All tattoos are custom-designed. Designs remain the intellectual property of Markus Lindbom until completed and delivered to the client.

  5. Aftercare
    Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Proper care ensures the tattoo heals correctly and maintains quality.

  6. Health & Safety
    Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. Tattoos will not be performed on compromised skin.

  7. Liability
    Markus Lindbom and Old Soul Tattoo Studio are not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or outcomes caused by improper aftercare.

  8. Photography & Promotion
    By receiving a tattoo, clients consent to images of their work being used for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
